The Hinge has been pretty consistent for many years, I love how they offer scrapple fries, I also liked the fact that they use high quality meat and I can actually chew it

We are in the midst of the Philadelphia Cheesesteak Tour and have already gone around the Philadelphia tri-state area and tried roughly 40 cheesesteaks, so I was surprised that I ordered a cheesesteak…my rating for this cheesesteak is 7.5…I liked the flavor of the meat, the meat and cheese was mixed together fine, not a huge fan of the roll and I didn’t think it overall, blew me away

As the previous review states, I am a burger guy and have hundreds of burger reviews under my belt and I must give this burger an above average rating, it’s not the best Ive ever had, but certainly not the worst, I am not a big potato roll guy, I prefer brioche and I wasn’t blown away by the meat, although it was good, toppings were the highlight
I am a burger guy and not a Jewish deli guy, although I have eaten at many, but I didn’t like this at all, both the corned beef and brisket were dried out and filled with fat and grizzle, like I said, I am a burger guy, but my particular sandwich on this particular day was not good

Over the course of the next few weeks our show will be joining My Philly Alive for their Philadelphia Cheesesteak Tour, which will take us to around 40 different great restaurants in the Philadelphia tri-state area for cheesesteaks, the best part of the tour is the charitable component, which is raising money for two outstanding Veterans charities, the owners who help support the Veterans charities will get an interview on the “Dining On A Dime” show, we will also be doing a 45-minute bonus episode at the end of the tour, so that our listeners can learn about the places we liked, we have already done tour #1 of 3 and I was greatly impressed by a few of those places, so for the next few months our final 15 minutes will be dedicated to our great interviews from these places, I think that it’s a great idea for all cheesesteak lovers to subscribe to our show, so that they never miss an episode or any of these great interviews, you can get more information about My Philly Alive at www.myphillyalive.com and contact them if you would like to also help support these great Veterans charities, of course, as always go to the Food Radio Show section of this website www.phillyrestaurantreviews.com to listen to all of our past 97 episode
i tried to get to Nick Filet in Paoli Pa for two days in a row, but due to lavatory breaks and time constraints I ended up here, tons of food for only 6 bucks, too bad the food was nothing special, did I mentally that it was only 6 bucks??
I tried their burger at the Philadelphia Burger Brawl last year and loved it, I am very surprised that it took me so long to get to the restaurant and try their burger, very nice and juicy, my only complaint is that the bun wasn’t the freshest I’ve had, but it wasn’t stale

I thought that the meatball parmesan was just ok and nothing special, pizza was good
Wow!!! really surprised me, I had a perfectly cooked burger on a brioche bun for just 8.60 after tax….Wow!!
Some people say that this is one of the best burgers on the Main Line, unfortunately it was 21.00, so my expectations were high, it was well, instead of medium well and it was above average and I was looking for the Wow factor…on the bright side, they gave me a ton of truffle fries and it’s a 10oz burger
